Employee Happiness Survey (Navantis)
 

The purpose of the happiness survey is to obtain information about employees' views and opinions on the organisation and their departments as a work environment. The survey results were to identify the activities to promote working conditions and the work environment in general. An online questionnaire was used for this purpose to gather the views and the final outcome was presented to the senior management.

HR Consultancy (HVA PLC)
 

The engagement with HVA PLC included an Employee Opinion Survey, Employee Job Description Analysis and HR Audit. An online Employee Opinion Survey was conducted where all Executive Staff would be able to give their views by logging in to the link provided in a confidential manner and the output was summarised in to several key areas and presented to the management team. This was followed by a Job Description Analysis and also an audit of the HR department to ensure that the HR strategies are aligned towards achieving the corporate objectives.
